What if a subscriber chooses to cancel before the subscription period ends?
If a subscriber decides to cancel their subscription prior to the end of the billing cycle, they are still responsible for payment covering the period in which the software was actively in use. However, any unused portion of the subscription will be prorated and refunded to the subscriber using the original payment method provided during sign-up.
What happens if a broker affiliated with Triempetus ceases operations?
Should an affiliated broker discontinue operations, subscribers have two options:
- Withdraw their funds directly from the broker, or
- Submit a Client Authorization Form to transfer their funds to another approved broker.

Are there any restricted territories where Triempetus EA cannot operate?
Yes. In alignment with the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Final Rule (October 28, 2024) and Executive Order 14105, Triempetus EA does not operate in jurisdictions identified as high-risk or restricted markets, including:

- Macau
