This Subscriber Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions for the use of the Triempetus EA Software ("Software") by the undersigned Subscriber ("Subscriber").
The Subscriber agrees to pay a recurring subscription fee of $200 USD per month. This subscription fee must be paid in advance before the start of each trading month.
In addition to the subscription fee, the Subscriber agrees to pay a monthly performance fee of 30% of profits generated using the Triempetus EA Software. The performance fee is also due before the start of the next trading month. If no profits are generated in a given month, no performance fee will be charged.
If the Subscriber fails to remit payment for the subscription fee and/or performance fee before the next trading month, the Triempetus EA Software License Key ("License Key") will be deactivated. The License Key will remain inactive until all outstanding fees are paid in full.
Once all fees are settled, the License Key will be reactivated, and the Subscriber may resume using the Software under the terms of this Agreement.
By signing this Agreement, the Subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions herein. This Agreement constitutes a binding contract, and failure to comply with its terms may result in the suspension of the Subscriber's access to the Software.
